Kool for Cats is a luxury, purpose built cattery completed in November 2001. Situated in the grounds of our house, set amidst the glorious countryside of the Peak District National Park, a few minutes from Bakewell. An impressive 'L' shaped building, built using local limestone, a slate roof and under floor gas central heating. Kool for Cats is very different to most catteries. We wanted to raise the standard of cat accommodation and care and build one of the finest catteries in the country. All specifications are up to, and in most cases beyond, the required standard of the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB). Kool for Cats is a registered FAB cattery, and I am a registered FAB trainer for new catteries. Everyone who comes is amazed at Kool for Cats and we have regular customers coming from all over the country.
